What we collect

Our Join the Pack form, hosted on Google Forms, asks for the player's name, date of birth, school and grade, the parent or guardian's name, email, and phone number, city, football position and experience, and the programs you're interested in.

Our Lead the Pack form, also hosted on Google Forms, asks for the name, email, phone number, city, and coaching or football experience of people interested in coaching or volunteering.

How we use it

We use this information only to contact families and interested coaches about tryouts, camps, and teams. We do not share it with others. Google processes form responses as our form provider.
